Linkage maps is essential for genetic studies and marker-assisted breeding programs in rubber tree. Recent advances in next generation sequencing technologies allow for the generation of high-density linkage maps, especially in non-model species lacking extensive genomic resources. The genetic linkage maps presented here were constructed by Wirulda Pootakham at National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC), Thailand (Pootakham, W., Ruang-Areerate, P., Jomchai, N., Sonthirod, C., Sangsrakru, D., Yoocha, T., et al. (2015). Construction of a high-density integrated genetic linkage map of rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) using genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS). Front. Plant Sci. 6. doi:10.3389/fpls.2015.00367.)
